We look forward to welcoming visitors every Sunday and during the week. If you are looking for a church home, come see us. If you are visiting from another part of the country and want to worship with us or tour the building, we welcome you.

First Parish in Concord invites visitors who are interested in its connections to early Puritanism, the American Revolution, and the Transcendentalist movement. We are proud that ministers such as Peter Bulkley, Daniel Bliss, William Emerson, Ezra Ripley, Barzillai Frost, Dana McLean Greeley, Gary Smith, and Jenny Rankin have served our congregation. We are glad that such prominent Concord families such as the Emersons, Alcotts, and Thoreaus were associated with First Parish. We rejoice that strong women like Phebe Bliss Emerson, Ellen Emerson, and Margaret Fuller were active here.

If you want to experience a beautiful sanctuary in an historic New England church, come worship with us. If you are looking for a friendly, engaged, thriving congregation to call you own, check us out for a while. We think you will like it here.
