To place a room reservation request, please complete the form below. Make sure you keep going through the form until you hit “Submit.” Paper copies of this form are located in the Front Office.

If you are trying to book space for an event happening within the next seven days, please complete the form below and then promptly contact Doug Baker to confirm there is space for you.

If you no longer need a room that you’ve reserved, please contact Doug Baker promptly to let him know.

Please refer to the Facilities Use Guidelines for details on room reservations and rates.

To reserve a room, please email Doug Baker. In your email request, please indicate

  • Your name
  • Name of the First Parish group you represent or which is sponsoring the event
  • Title of the event
  • Date and time of the event
  • Room(s) requested for the event
  • Number of people expected at the event
  • Other relevant details

Doug will reply with a room reservation confirmation and/or with additional questions. Thank you.
